Well personally I find that outright insulting!
Women, just like men enjoy a wide range of erotic stimuli, and it's about time we were allowed to admit it without shame. Females may be less known for a love of "naughty" entertainment than males, and at times our personal choice of erotic stimulation may differ from theirs but I think its safe to say that for women we are just as able to find pleasure in porn as men are.
Adult porn providers are starting to wake up to the fact too with xxx websites being designed especially for women. Unlike a lot of male orientated sites these womens only porn sites appeal to women as they show sex in a female positive light rather than degrading them. The sites appeal to the female sense of romance showing loving couples engaged in sensual, erotic and yes even hardcore sex. My personal recommendation would have to fall to "FOR THE GIRLS" ( I was purchased a subscription for my birthday and ended up renewing it myself!)
These sites take time to make and cost money to run, trust me when I say these womens adult porn site owners would not bother if there wasn't a huge demand for them.

Its time we got rid of the myth that women don't enjoy porn. Just because women don't keep a stash of porn magazines under the bed to jerk off to, doesn't mean that they don't enjoy coming with the help of a little pornography. Bring up the subject when you are next out with the girls and see what reaction you get. Most of my female friends proudly put up their hands when asked if they have viewed porn with a lover. I was however surprised and a little disappointed at how many denied solo viewing when asked in a group, but rushed up to me when alone and "confessed" to watching/ reading erotica to get off by themselves... why do we still carry shame?
In my opinion it falls back to social conditioning. Slowly we are letting go of the chains that held us back from admitting we are sexual beings with desires as strong as men and hopefully one day soon that will also mean that we can say with confidence that we enjoy a little sexual fantasy in the form of a sexy movie, sensual picture or kinky sex story.
